These are some commonly asked questions and their answers.

Q: When shall I expect my order of Lauren Scherr handbags and/or accessories?

A: Most of our fabulous fun “flowery”, “feathery”, and “fringy” merchandise is made to order and will ship within five to seven days of your order. We will notify you if there is a delay. If you have requested a custom color via our sales support email (info@laurenscherr.com), then expect 3 to 4 weeks to receive your package; again, we will let you know the exact ship date.

We do not ship Saturdays or Sundays, or on national holidays. Most likely, we are shopping.

Q: How is the merchandise shipped?
A: Of course we carefully wrap all of our products to ensure they arrive safely and in tact.
Continental US orders are shipped FedEx. All Continental US orders must ship to a physical address. FedEx ground takes 5 to 7 business days---or less if you reside in the state of California

Credit card approval must be obtained before the order is shipped. You will receive a follow-up e-mail confirming the total of your order, including shipping and handling charges and sales tax.

All orders to street addresses are shipped FedEx. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on Saturday and Sunday. We are not able to ship orders to P.O. Boxes except in the case of APO or FPO addresses.

The availability and fulfillment of two-day or overnight delivery depends on the destination and the time the order is placed.

Shipping may be delayed due to out-of-stock items, as we only ship complete orders to keep your shipping costs low. We will notify you if your order is delayed.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: The cost of shipping will vary depending on where you are shipping, what is being shipped and how quickly wish to receive your Lauren Scherr Handbag and/or Accessories. We like to offer the most economical and affordable means to transport your purchase.
Ground is $12.00 for handbags
Ground is $8.00 for accessories
Two Day is $40.00
Three Day is $30.00
Overnight is $60.00
International is $40.00

Q: Which credit cards do you accept?
A: We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express and Money Orders from US banks only. We do not accept Discover, Debit Cards, Cash, Checks, or Travelers Checks.

Q: Is my credit card safe?
A: Yes. We make every effort to protect your online order information by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL encrypts your order information to ensure it remains private and secure.

Q: Can I return merchandise?
A: We will gladly accept your item for return for store credit only. Please send us your unworn purchase in it's original packaging including invoice within 7 days of receipt of your order. Please note we do not reimburse for shipping costs incurred. If we feel that the merchandise has been handled improperly and is not in perfect condition we will not be able to issue store credit and your item(s) will be returned to you. If the bag is not returned within the specific time frame we will return the items back to you and cannot except your return.

Q: What if I need to return the item for a special circumstance?
A: If we decide to take a product back for a special circumstance, which we reserve the right to decide,the customer is responsible for any shipping charges on the return. Items must have all orginal packaging and tags as must be in a brown cardboard box.

Q: Can I return a custom made item?
A: We are happy to create something incredible and one of a kind for you. Also we can re-make a bag from a previous collection that is no longer on our website. Unfortunately these bags are not returnable and or exchangeable. Please make sure when ordering you are aware of our policy.

Q: What if my shipment arrives with damaged merchandise?
A: If your item is damaged, please contact us immediately for further instructions: email info@laurenscherr.com and reference your order number.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Cancellations are accepted after two days of order being placed. We request an email within the two days for proper methods to cancel your order. No other cancellations are accepted on regular orders. If special overnight shipping is requested then no cancellations can be accepted. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please email us at info@laurenscherr.com. Please note, custom orders are non-returnable, non-exchangeable.

Q: What other tidbits of information do I need to know about?
A: We at the Lauren Scherr Handbag & Accessories Company proudly stand behind the quality and integrity of our product line. Due to the uniqueness of the product line some of the bags make not look identical to what you have seen on the website. We have the right to change a product due to the availablity or updating of a style.No need to worry, the bag will be just as beautiful and soothing to your visual palette.
